Is the QR code generator really free?

Yes. Basic QR codes (link, Wi-Fi, UPI, text) are free forever and need no sign-in. The smart sticker for your car, bike or door is free for 7 days with no card needed. After that you can keep the same tag with a one-time payment, or order a printed sticker.

Do the QR codes expire?

Basic QR codes never expire: the link or details are stored inside the code itself. A smart sticker on the free trial stops connecting calls after 7 days unless you choose to keep it.

Why do I need to sign in for a smart sticker?

A smart sticker points to Abtara rather than straight to a link. That is what lets people contact you without seeing your phone number, sends you scan alerts, and gives a call-and-PIN fallback for people who cannot scan. It has to be tied to your account so only you can set it up and change it later.

How does masked calling work?

When someone scans your sticker and taps call, the call is connected through Abtara. You get the call on your normal phone, and the caller never sees your number.

What if the person can't scan the QR code?

The Classic and Blue car designs print a phone number and your 6-digit PIN. Anyone can call that number, enter the PIN and be connected to you, even from a basic phone.

How do I print my sticker?

Download the PDF and print it on A4 paper at 100% ("Actual size"), then cut along the dashed line. Paper fades outdoors, so for a car we recommend our waterproof, UV-resistant vinyl sticker.

Can I use basic QR codes for my business?

Yes. Use them on menus, packaging, counters, posters and visiting cards. For a professionally designed and printed sticker (Google reviews, Wi-Fi, menus, asset tags), message us on WhatsApp.

Free QR codes that don't expire
